at first I doubted their authenticity but bought them and they are genuine. The only thing that surprised me was that the lenses themselves are not made of polycarbonate but real glass. How should I know because I pulled them out and tossed them on top of each other and it made a sound that only glass can make and then I tapped my teeth lightly with the lens and it was glass. I then took the frames to a Walmart optometrist to have Rx photochromic lenses installed on them. Also they look very good unlike the wire Rx or the clear aviator glasses worn by older people and if you have a square face they will look good like they do on me. They are also made in Italy and I swear to god if they said "Made in China" I would send them back, they are light and the only thing different is the case because the one in the photo is black and the one I have is brown, but I think the black case is for wireframe flyers only. They arrived quickly and were packaged very well. No way the heck am I ever going to pay big bucks for a pair of glasses made in China or ever wear them.
