I had to write a review on this item because although the stars do not show it, this box has 2 major flaws. The first problem is that it doesn't snap into place. The wheels slide easily and, more importantly, the door comes off fairly quickly and easily. The loops can be reached with a dog paw or tongue to open them and both of my large dogs figured it out after 2 days. Then we used zip ties and now a chain with a padlock to keep them from coming out. Second, and most important to me, the crate floor system damages the claws. One of my dogs panics no matter how big or small the room. We got this because we figured it would be big enough. There are many spots, but the nails are already broken. We had to find something to level the ground to ensure it would stay safe. He's in a lot of pain after spending a few hours in the box.
