Just as I remembered what it was.
I had this lipstick a few years ago, got it for my birthday. It was in Too Cool and I remember really liking it because I had really badly chapped lips during the winter and it always made them feel better. Just received today and just started gluing! It doesn't stain or show anything, but I still don't like tinted lip balms! Exactly as I remembered; moisturizing, long-lasting. definitely a little sparkly and I really like it. Nice packaging, just as I remember! :) Definitely get a 2 out of 5 like me if you're looking for a good medicated lip balm!
