I made a whole gallery wall out of the white Command Strips I've had to hang up pictures with Velcro. When I ran out of strips I still had a few pictures left to hang, so I ordered these black ones to finish my project. They seemed more durable than the ones I'd used before and applied just as easily. But three mornings in a row I went downstairs to find the fallen photos, always just these new hanging strips. I finally figured out that you have to apply your full body weight to each edge until you hear an audible "crunch/click". Fasten this velcro together. (The same pressure I've used on other Command brand tapes will last them a few hours, so make sure you can hear the jam!) Once I figured out this trick I had no more dropped frames and even hung heavy on shadow box no problem.
