The information states that the product has a 14-month warranty. Item defective within 12 months. I contacted the seller and Amazon for a warranty replacement. Was instructed to contact the AUQDD manufacturer directly. Neither the website nor the contact details of the manufacturer could be found. Unless it fails within 30 days as per Amazon's warranty policy, otherwise it is not possible to get a replacement. Recommend buying another brand
