If you try tying a tarp in the wind, you'll find something else. It would be amazing if the quality wasn't complete rubbish. If you try to tighten them at all, the screw lock just slips off and they pop open. Imagine a screw on a lid that snaps if you overtighten it, except it takes very little effort to overtighten. If you don't tighten them, a gust of wind will blow the tarp away. As soon as this happens to one of them, the tarpaulin begins to flap, and the rest open like a zipper. I was thinking of returning them but I really like the elastic drawstrings they come with. I only find decent quality clips and use rubber bands with them.
