I bought this toaster for my mother because she actually burned out. She wanted something simple, compact, and easy to use with no frills. This toaster offers exactly that. The toaster makes a solid and reliable impression. It has wider slots so she can toast bagels and other items without poking or burning them. The toaster is compact, easy to clean and looks stylish. It's a very reasonable price for the quality you get, hasn't given her any issues so far and overall seems like a great product.
