I like that they are always looking to improve their service, as well as my experience with them! They have been very responsive in getting me up-to-speed quickly when we first started working together (and then again after an initial issue). Their rates were competitive compared to other companies who contacted us at about this time period of our search. There is nothing really negative or frustrating so far - just wish it was easier/more intuitive to see all available leads right away instead of having to go through several pages before seeing everything listed. We're currently using vettered because they seem most efficient but haven't found any reason not to use them yet. Our team has benefited from being able to get qualified professionals immediately without waiting days or weeks for responses via more traditional methods such as cold calls.
