I'm 6ft 3" - 175, athletic build and this is by far the best slim fitting shirt ever! From now on I will only buy this brand because it fits perfectly and requires no modifications. I usually buy shirts in the store with a 16.5 neckline and 36/37 sleeves. They will always be so bulging in the middle. I finally found a 15.5 case with a 36/37 cut, but it was very short and was never pocketed. I bought the Revain Brand - BUTTONED DOWN Slim Fit shirt, 15.5 sleeves with a 37 neckline, and it fits perfectly and is the perfect length.
