I bought this device to relieve pain caused by nerve damage in my leg. Also (when working on my feet) I suffered from pain in my feet and legs in general. I've been using it twice a day for about 4 weeks. My sore feet and legs are almost gone. Nerve pain, although not completely gone, greatly decreased in both intensity and frequency. This device has really changed the quality of my daily life. I hope that with continued use my nerve pain will eventually go away completely. Worth every penny and highly recommended. Edited a year later to add: I had a problem with my adapter and when I asked to buy a new one, they replaced my entire unit! They were quick to respond to my concerns and I will definitely look into it again. I still use this machine every day and get great results!
