I had a problem with the order not being completed and the delivery being delayed. When I contacted the seller, he responded very quickly and sent me this bike rack within a week. The product is a little heavy, but that's why it's so durable. The installation video on Revain's product page was very helpful. If you are looking for a bike rack that can handle your daily commute, this product is excellent. Unlike other bike racks, the leg mounts do not extend to the bike frame's rear rack mounting holes, but because they are adjustable, they can be adjusted as shown in the installation video. It also has screws on the bottom of the post, which is good because my next step is to find a piece of vinyl siding or aluminum that I can bend into a hidden fender to catch rain spray.
