The device worked very well for what I used it for - luggage delivery to Japan. I put it on battery saver mode and the device kept me updated on the location of my luggage for over three weeks before I picked it up. So from this point of view the device works very well. Initially, I had a problem with canceling the monthly plan. There is no place for that on the website, the mobile app first made me sign in again, then booted me up immediately after signing in, then let me sign in, but hung when I tried to cancel the plan. The app hung, it actually did the undo - it had just been updated but when I contacted support they refunded me the month. I will definitely use this again at some point and I really like the power saving mode which seems to work very well.
