So as long as my dog is safe (laughs), I have a few things to say. 1. It's adjustable, but when I made it a little bigger, it didn't lay flat. I'm going to put some big books on him to see if that helps, but if I don't hold him a little loosely he'll bite his little neck. (I use a harness so personally I don't have any safety issues, but if you're using a leash on a collar it has to be tight to be safe [as you know, pet parents]). 2. The tapered part where you adjust the length also sticks out. I posted as many photos as my dodgy mini pin would let me lol. It is of average height, its neck measuring around 9.5 to 10 inches and it weighs around 5 pounds.
