Excellent deal for the price. I've read the instructions (actually for a couple of stainless steel pots and pans) and have tried never to overheat them. After hard-boiling eggs, I noticed a color change at the bottom of a medium-sized saucepan. It keeps spreading. I probably don't care. Nobody comes into your house and inspects the inside of your dishes. Besides, they're great.
