I like best is that it allows us to have all our documents under one roof instead of having them scattered across different locations/companies (our clients). It also has some nice features for collaboration between employees or departments which we were able to leverage as well. The software can be very slow sometimes if you don't know what you're doing with it so make sure you do your research first! We've been using this product since 2010 but there was no way back then to get rid off old files - only export everything into new file format or archive folder. Now however, they introduced an option called "transfer", allowing users to transfer their existing data from other applications such as MS Office etc., over to master graphics without deleting anything beforehand.
