The ability to create quotes and have them sent out to customers quickly is easy with this program, as well as being able to send email reminders and updates to customers. Also very helpful for contacting customers after jobs are complete. I wish we could search for jobs easier than having to click through each one. It would be nice if it was possible to "search" for specific type of job or project. If you are looking for a way to keep track of jobs and contact customers easily then this is the program for you! We use JobPro for our insulation contracting business and all of our jobs are entered into this system. This has allowed us to have all of our customer information stored in one place so that we can easily contact them!
