Prepare for disappointment Assembly

I bought some door hinges and decided on an inexpensive workbench to paint the doors. Hence the reason for buying it. I'm pretty good at assembling things but this workbench was very difficult to put together and came with terrible instructions. So now I will share my experience. As for the hardware, I got seven long hex screws and the wrong 8th pan head screw. As a result, I wasn't able to complete the installation because the screw wasn't long enough to reach and screw into the metal underneath. In addition, the manufacturing defect of the front wooden panel is that the drill holes are not countersunk and the screw heads are not flush with the panel. See my photo vs. B&D photo. Another thing is that it is impossible to connect the handles with the pins provided. The instructions say they need to be hammered. Good luck with it. Instead, I used screws for sockets. I called support and they seemed fully aware of these issues. I asked them to send me a replacement faceplate and the correct hex screw. Lets see what happens. In addition to this review, customer support respectfully listens to your concerns, says they will fix them, and then takes no action.
