The product wasn't for me but the customer service was excellent

Update: The company contacted me in advance to resolve the issue. Considering the excellent customer service, this isn't a bad choice if you want to test grinders. Instead, I bought a knife sharpener from this company, which is the best for my needs. Initial problems: The corners of the container made it difficult to pour out the grist without spilling. In addition, static electricity from plastic elements interacts with the ground.
