Review on Digital Kitchen Precision Cooking Conversion by Trevor Palmer

I really liked these scales. I've been using it regularly for six months now. The conversion table is very helpful. I like to easily switch from pounds to grams. I like that I can zero my bowl weight. It helps me be more consistent when baking. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because sometimes I feel like it doesn't work. For example, if I have almost a cup of flour and it's 45g, I start over and it seems to reset. I just doubt my accuracy sometimes because I know it is. I'd pay double if consistency depended on its accuracy because it's a great little scale.
