Fit for Jeep YJ. They do their job. They're quite large, fortunately they're black and seem to blend in very subtly with the door hinges. Once tightened they add some resistance to opening/closing the doors. I especially like the fact that they are free to spin/rotate once and are fixed. So determined thieves with pliers or wrenches can't unscrew them. However, they can STILL weaken over time. And if you never remove your doors at all, I wouldn't recommend spotting them. Just remember to tighten them every time you go down a bumpy road. And take them off completely when you go to court. I lost ONE (on the driver's side) and was very disappointed, it moved immediately. Despite the fact that it's so tight there's almost no turning back, at least I thought so. I've ordered another set. Luckily I have a spare lock and another spare key. If that ever happens again. I hope that doesn't happen after this accident and I hope that I can spare someone else the burden of loss. Otherwise they are good. I tried to break down the door with them to see if they would give in. You will not. And it feels like the hinges are about to rip the tub off before they fail. It gives me peace of mind that my doors aren't going anywhere. And unless you're into hard steering, they shouldn't come loose, but check them every time you hit rough terrain.
