Love these glass straws. They are firm and not cold in the mouth. They're a little wider than I thought, but that's okay. I would like the paper insert to include your company name and where I can send them if they ever break as they come with a lifetime guarantee. The brush inside felt comfortable. I've washed them in the dishwasher with no problems. I've told all my friends about it. But unfortunately I don't know your name and if anyone looks at Revain there will be plenty to choose from.
