The best thing about betasecond it's ease of use, I really like that you can easily set up automated campaigns from A-Z without having to go through any technical support or training since they have an excellent customer service team who are always available online if needed! You get all your emails sent by one platform which makes things easy when sending out multiple newsletters at once as well as being able to customize each individual campaign in terms of content/subjects etc., also very good with tracking results so we know exactly what our customers think of us after every single newsletter has been send. Nothing yet but would love more features such as segmenting lists into different groups (ie; new vs existing clients) this way i could target them differently depending upon their previous experience with my business - something else that was not possible before using betasesecond.
