The team is very helpful, patient with me when I am not as tech savvy (as they are) but can't be there to help out personally like some other companies! There's no "over-selling" or pushing products that don't fit my business needs so it makes working together great for both of us in terms of our goals/outcomes being met :) They also do all social media postings which helps save time from doing them myself - we have almost 100% follower engagement now compared before their arrival at about 30%. It has been an ongoing relationship since 2013 where sometimes things get lost along the way between emails etc., however this isn’t something you should expect nor does anything need fixing if communication breaks down over email vs face2face meeting :). We've noticed increased search traffic coming into website after implementing new content strategy + blog posts via Google My Business listing / organic listings.
