Use only in a GE breaker box in accordance with national electrical codes.

Exactly as shown/description. The installation in the control box was simple and uncomplicated. Just plug it into a double pole switch and connect the white wire to ground. A simple 10 minute project. The indicator lights up as soon as the main switch is turned on. Very easy to check to make sure it's working as intended. This was part of an additional GE panel powered by the main panel which also has surge protection. I now know that my entire electrical system is protected against surges, which gives me real peace of mind.
