Began having issues such as being on a leash and now climbs up the walls in an empty corridor and cleans up randomly. Customer service is chat or email only and you cannot speak to anyone. We were told to move the base, which we did five times. After many long talks involving deleting and restarting, pressing and tapping parts, maybe the roller is dirty (really put in a new one) so it can "see the base" etc. We can't solve it and return it our old vacuum cleaner with this decoration in the house. it is an expensive home decoration. Can't get support to do anything.
