This is an easy to use platform that allows you to do your marketing in real time so it's very effective for my business! I really like how flexible this software can be, with many tools available through their website. The customer support team is also amazing. They are always willing to help and give suggestions as well. Sometimes there will be some glitches or bugs but they're quick to fix them and make sure everything works properly again. It takes a little bit of learning to get used to using the system since it has changed from what we've been doing in the past. But overall great product. We have found more customers by being able to market our services directly when needed which saves us money. Also helps build trust between ourselves and potential clients.
