The system is easy to use, very user friendly! It's pretty much like MS Word in layout of the reports we print out; it makes life easier when you have multiple departments using this program at one time as well. You can't edit certain sections once they are printed off so if there was an error or something needed changing I would say make sure you get into your account before printing things off because some sections cannot be changed after being sent to printer. We were looking for better ways to keep track of our department with all employees' information available from anywhere in the office. This software does just what we need without having too many bells & whistles added which may not always benefit us but helps keep costs down. It also keeps everyone current by keeping their info up-to date automatically whenever new emails come through. Also allows me access my accounts anytime via computer/.
