Larimore RMS - Great software for record storage

Our company has been able to use Larimore to effectively manage our records and it has been very easy to implement. We are able to quickly access information and share files with colleagues. The system is relatively easy to use. We have had some issues with the system but they have been resolved quickly. I think the system is a great way to share, track and store records. We can easily access and use all of our records in one place. Records management is a big deal and this program makes it…

Great Program That Integrates With Existing System

I like how easy it is to set up, as well as use. The best part of this program, hands down, was when we were able to take an existing system from another vendor and integrate all our new data into one system without having to do any work! It's also very user friendly. Nothing really at this time. They have been working with us every step of the way in order to make sure everything works perfectly. We needed some help getting started but they've been right there answering questions whenever we…

  • Also extremely helpful that once your setup process completes successfully then no further action needs be taken by staff members other than inputting their own personal info which makes things easier/faster overall since less steps required per person entering records etc

  • There isn't anything currently disliked enough where i'd consider switching vendors

Better option than Waves Accounting - User Friendly/Updates Automatically

The system is easy to use, very user friendly! It's pretty much like MS Word in layout of the reports we print out; it makes life easier when you have multiple departments using this program at one time as well. You can't edit certain sections once they are printed off so if there was an error or something needed changing I would say make sure you get into your account before printing things off because some sections cannot be changed after being sent to printer. We were looking for better ways
