Didn't solve the odor problem
My old motorhome doesn't drive well with something in the recovery tank - it's like driving through the sewer. I was really hoping installing it on a roof vent would fix the problem but it didn't seem to make a difference. When driving with the driver's window down, smelly duct air enters the driver's cab and living area. The Cyclone was easy to install after I removed the original cover which took about 2 hours of painstakingly scraping, prying and loosening the stop screws. If you choose this product, watch the YouTube video for installation. This is more helpful than the instructions that came with the product.
