They have dual bluetooth so you can play music from your phone while you play. The manual is a little skimpy given all the features these headphones have, but there's online support if you have unanswered questions. Edit: Headphones The right earpiece fell apart completely after 18 months. For the price, I would expect something much, much more durable, given that mine has been treated with great care. Considering the issues I had below I would NOT recommend them at this price point as you will need to replace them almost immediately after the warranty expires. Edit: Trouble loosening the earbuds. The small torx screw has come loose. Ordered this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08998GX65/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and was able to fix them like new. I did however deduct a star because if I didn't research and study it I was screwed with the warranty which expired 3 months ago. They are well maintained so the screws on either side that come loose are not what I expected at this price point.
