Here are the facts. *ATTENTION TO THE BUYER*. The magnetic rod that goes past the thread broke when it was first installed. Off to the oil pan! Have you ever tried to fish out a 1/2 long magnetic cylinder from an oil pan? My god what a day. The 35 oil change took hours as I had to use what was available because I had nowhere to go with a stuck magnet. I keep my oil pan. I will never buy this brand again. Mishimoto's first and last purchase. BUYER WARNING I used dimpled magnetic drain plugs on my last car. I can wholeheartedly recommend this brand instead.
