Arrived damaged - spark plugs and wires
product was great but arrived damaged. Spark plugs are made of porcelain and should be handled and shipped with care. But the packaging was torn, the boxes were broken. I already installed the spark plugs and now the car doesn't work. Pretty sure because the heat cracked the china even more. Before installation, no cracks were visible on the outside.
