Review on 🚴 High-performance SUNLITE Side Pull Brakes - Steel, Silver (61-79mm Reach) - Pair by Matt Reid

I ordered these Sunlite caliper brakes for my daughter's 16 inch bike. This type of brake I've read that several people comment that the brakes only pull on one side. This is what happens when you don't set them properly. You must use the middle screw/nut to adjust the recoil on both sides. caliper. While they inherently pull harder on the cable side, you should be able to line them up fairly well. Stopping power seems great so far and I expect it will improve as the pads wear down. I love that the levers are longer than many others, it gives my 6 year old more leverage to stop safer and easier. The standard cable adjuster screw allows you to quickly adjust leverage as the pads wear. Overall am I'm happy with that brakes.
