I bought a cartridge from this company, it lasted more than a year. I bought two more cartridges from this company about 8 months ago. When I was looking for a replacement one was defective and I asked for a refund. More than 180 days have passed and the company did not have to replace; However, since only a few of the 180 days had passed, they made an exception. I went on holiday and didn't return the goods for a couple of weeks, even then my return was accepted and the cartridge replaced. This is one of the most enjoyable genuine customer service experiences I have ever had. They offer a great product at a great price and really care about the customer. The reason I didn't replace it within 180 days was because the cartridge I ordered over a year ago was still working! If you need a good quality cartridge at a great price with great service look no further than these guys!
