The support team is very knowledgeable about all of their products (both hosted software as well) which makes it easy to get answers when I need them quickly! They also have great customer service reps that are always willing/able answer any questions you may be having with your account or product usage. There really isn't anything bad here at this time - they're doing everything right currently so there's not much for me personally to complain about :) We've had nothing but success working together since we started using Hostgator over 3 years ago now!! Our website has grown significantly thanks to our partnership with HostGators' managed WP platform.
