I was happy to find exactly the model I needed for the OLD HUNTER FAN. I was concerned that I would have to do the actual wiring, but in my case I didn't. I removed the light fixture and removed the box with all the wires so it was easy to work with and didn't get electrocuted (ha!). I took a photo of which color wires go to holes 1, 2, 3, L. I opened up my old broken model to see that I can use a tiny screwdriver to push the wires in to pry the wires out of each hole. Then on the new block with the same screwdriver slightly lifted the wedge and slightly inserted the wires. Assembles the block, fastening. And cheers! DONE! Very easy for someone who doesn't want to do any "electrical" work.
