Trainers received on the 16th; the shipping container was torn up, the foam packaging shattered into "pieces", tossed into a box and "sealed". The trainer is well built, but the building instructions are "dubious" at best; The parts are listed incorrectly in the parts list, and of course I'm missing two pieces of hardware attaching the drag "motor" to the frame. I am a trained military mechanic and have the equipment to replace the missing fasteners, but the assembly instructions are so messed up that it would be difficult for someone without mechanical skills to assemble this unit.
