After the recent bad boy winter storms of 2018, this cover did the job perfectly, removing a thick layer of snow from a car in seconds. The car was dry and clean. BUT . The flimsy plastic latch that secures the straps that run under the hood and trunk to hold the lid in the wind - in this case the front one - broke on the second use: when I tried to remove the lid, the latch broke and broke without human intervention. Very disappointing. While it's not difficult for me (I'm a fit 74-year-old woman) to put the cover on and take it off, preparing for storage is very similar to the world's most hated chore: folding sheets. I can live with that, but I'm really annoyed that the belt buckle broke. Cheap flimsy plastic is useless for this task.
