I was very hesitant to buy this because of the price but I did it anyway and after receiving and using it I'm glad I did have. The cloth case that came with the Noco GB50 is fine, but after a few weeks of use I found that it wouldn't protect the reinforcement well. Having spent a decent amount of money on the Boost I wanted to protect it, especially as I will be taking it to work as I drive a lot of different cars. When I put the Noco GB50 in this hard case, I can say that it is 100 times better protected than the cloth case that came with it. It was definitely money worth spending.
