We've just received this pan set so we only have limited time to write a review. From initial observations, it's durable, definitely non-stick, and easy to clean. I love blue, but that's less important. The entire pan is metal with metal handles riveted to the pan so it can be placed in a 500 degree Fahrenheit oven. Today's eggs turned out great, just like yesterday's burgers. It was easy to clean. The only problem, and this applies to all non-stick pans, is that you can't turn the heat to maximum. Sometimes this means that food is cooked more slowly. But that's life.
