Excellent scooter! Smooth asphalt allows for silent, easy rolling. It makes a rattling sound on cracked pavement, but this is to be expected given that the prior scooter made a rattling sound as well. It is inoperable and cannot be rolled up for transport. I'm aware that there are rules to follow, but I was exempt from them. When you unfold the scooter, give it a harder tug to ensure that it stays in its folded state. The shock absorbers do their job, but I wouldn't say that it significantly alters the experience. The use of comparison models devoid of shock absorbers is likely required. After making a small adjustment following the online manual, the brake now functions wonderfully. We have completed the transaction.
