USB hub failed in less than 30 days

I haven't had this USB hub in 30 days and I'm getting error messages related to my computer not recognizing the device. I'm not sure what the issue is as it seemed to work correctly after installing it. I may have to buy a new device if the problem doesn't fix itself. I updated the drivers and it still says it's not recognized!
