Review on πŸ”₯ Cooler Master MasterBox NR600P ATX Mid-Tower: Front Mesh Ventilation, Sleek Design, Tempered Glass, and Single Headset Jack by Rob Madden

Excellent case with some minor quality issues

Personally I HATE side windows and RGB in my case so I was very happy Cooler Master released this case. All in all, it's a great case with a few issues that I'll mention below. PROS: The size of this case is just right for me, it's easy to work with, and I like the hot-swappable bays on the front, it's a very useful feature. to me. The fine mesh looks good and is functional, and the USB-C port on the front is a nice touch. Overall, the functionality and aesthetics of this case are perfect for people who prefer not to use window covers. CONS: I hate to say it, but the case seems pretty cheap for the price based on my previous case, the CM HAF XM. , the metal feels brittle and flimsy, the screw holes break easily if you're not careful, so when buying this case, take extra care when screwing down the side panels and rear SSD bays. Also, the included fans are only 3-pin, at this price point I personally think 4-pin PWM fans should be included. OTHER: I wish the case had a 5.25 inch optical drive bay. I know most people don't use them anymore but I like it and wish there was a case but I bought an external DVD case for 5.25 so it's not a problem. FINAL THOUGHTS: This case would have gotten 5 stars from me, but as it seems a bit cheaper I have to deduct a star. If it was in the $75-$100 range I would give it 5 stars.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have gone for a newer model
