I'm Happy - Cutlery and Knife Accessories

Excellent feel. Gives a feeling of quality. I've also washed it in the top shelf dishwasher with no problems I'm told. Great offer. As good as my $160 knife.

Pros

Each blade goes through an (Ultra6) heat treatment process to ensure each blade retains its strength and functionality. The blade lasts 5 times longer than German steel. Manual sharpening at an angle of 16 degrees on each side. HRC 59 +/- 2 on the Rockwell hardness scale.
