I wasn't sure but decided to give it a try as it was getting darker and I wanted something that would make me more visible to motorists when driving at night . I was surprised that it's really comfortable and I don't even notice it while running. And it has a charging cable (no batteries) which is great! I like the variety of colors (note that Multicolor doesn't have a non-flashing mode). I get extras for it EVERY time I wear it! What could be better: 1. This took about 2.5 runs (about 45 minutes each). It's not bad, but it would be nice if it lasted longer. I just have to remember to plug it in more often - it charges super fast! 2. I want more light from behind. It says you can wear it backwards, but it doesn't really work if you're a breasted woman!
