This is the year I finally upped my game. Izzo driving net, golf bandage, leveling club, refitted clubs, shoes, endless YouTube videos and everything. Help works as described. The hands move together as a whole. If I can put it on, I know it will help build proper muscle memory. It looks good. Well sewn. It looks like it will last a long time. (Maybe I'm saying that because it will probably never be used.) The inside of these golf belts must have been made with 80 grit industrial sandpaper. Very uncomfortable. It feels like you're giving yourself a dose of street rash with each hand. Maybe mine was an accident off the production line and the wrong side of the strap was facing in. I didn't send it back as I really want to improve. vary. I just don't know if this device is right for me. I think if you wear a long sleeve shirt it won't be that much of a problem. I wear a long sleeve shirt maybe 3 days a year here in the Arizona desert.
