Cuisipro 4 Cup Grease Separator I don't know how I managed without this wonderful grease separator Seriously, it does exactly what it's supposed to do: it allows you to separate juice or sauce from the bottom while the fat falls rises down. Above. The 4-cup base is made of durable plastic, but the whole thing isn't heavy at all. The strainer at the top is removable for easy cleaning. If it fills up with bits as you pour, just pause, remove and empty the strainer, rinse, whatever, then put back in and carry on. They are all solid and can be unscrewed without effort. Don't forget: the red pen does not belong with the pen! If you press the red button at the top, the sauce will come out at the bottom.
