Review on 📷 Nikon MC-EU1 Remote Release Cord: Perfect for Coolpix 4300, 4500, 5000, 5700 & 8700 Digital Cameras by Mike Littlejohn

I originally purchased this unit in April 2015 and finally found the time to write a quick review. So far I haven't had any problems with it. I have two reservations about this remote; the cable could be a bit longer and the display is very difficult to see from the outside. A suggestion for cord; An EXTENSION CORD would be acceptable as the original short cord works great in many cases, but adding an extension cord would suffice for remote applications. When using the wide-angle WC80 lens (heavy) on a heavy-duty tripod, my Coolpix 5700 tends to move a bit. Some people find it helpful to use sandbags or other similar aids as physically holding the camera will cause it to shake in the shore (wind) when photographing. Therefore, MC-EU1 tends to exclude some movements. YES, I would recommend this remote control. I'm not 100% happy with this remote, but I honestly give it FIVE stars!
