The first set B didn't work, I even put in a brand new Duracell battery and it still didn't work. I called Revain for a replacement and said UPS would pick up the defective purchase. The replacement came two days later, I put the batteries in and with this new kit (B&C don't work and the rings are missing in the box). 😩😩 My husband was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and his memory is not so good at times, we are starting chemo and radiotherapy on 2/22/21 and I have just been trying to get a working machine.
