good balance, perfect for cooking veggies

Excellent sharpness, good balance, perfect for cooking veggies. The rounded tip is very handy for cutting broccoli into smaller pieces. Much lighter than an ordinary chef's knife, elegant walnut handle. Wide enough to slide under chopped onions etc to lift into a bowl. Expensive but worth it.
